If you own a dog you
should know the importance of feeding your dog a healthy dog food.
Most commercials that dog owners see on TV say that their dog food is
healthy for your dog, but they actually contain ingredients that may not be good for your
dog. When looking for a healthy dog food it's important to know
what to look for.
Did you know that dogs can't digest corn, yet
it's one of the first ingredients listed on many of the so-called
healthy dog foods. Corn isn't just a little bad for dogs, it
destroys their kidneys little-by-little until their kidneys fail and
they die. You may remember the recall of over 100 different dog
foods in mid 2007. The problem was a poisonous chemical in the
wheat gluten that was added to all of those different dog foods.
Guess what? Many dogs are allergic to wheat gluten which is known
to cause ailments like excessive licking of feet and hot spots. If
the big commercial pet food companies that were involved in the recall
wanted to make a healthy dog food they would leave out the wheat gluten
and use something good for your dog. Soy is another ingredient
that can cause allergic reactions.
If you want to feed your dog a
healthy dog food there are a few to choose from. We own a pet
sitting company in New Jersey and did our homework when deciding what to
feed our pets and what to sell to our customers. The only pet
food we use and recommend is
Life's Abundance.
There's a video
"Do You Know What's In Your Pets Food?"
on the website that explains
how the big pet food companies that claim to sell healthy dog food are
actually responsible for the deaths of millions of dogs.
